Professional and very responsive to our needs.

We have been working with Jeff and Julie and their crews for years now and we know exactly what we can expect from them; excellence. From rescuing us from the occasional pipe break and flood, to preparing our properties to lease with timely and efficient carpet cleaning, odor elimination, mold remediation, and even rug and upholstery cleaning. These guys are and have been our first call and solution to life’s occasional twist. There are a good many choices out there, but what separates jeff and the gang from everyone else we have hired is their consistent level of attention and customer service.

We experienced water damage due to a broken fire sprinkler head in our corporate office. ServiceMaster’s emergency crew was on site working within an hour of our call. We had contacted other vendors and their response time was seven to eight hours before they would have been able to assist.

ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration’s quick response helped mitigate our damage and avoid any down time to our facility. I highly recommend ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration.

This ServiceMaster franchise is one of the best in Colorado. Their response times and customer service are second to none. Their employees have a wonderful understanding of how stressful a water or fire loss can be on a home owner. They do a fabulous job walking the homeowner through the process and making sure they are taken care of from start to finish. Being an insurance agent, they are one of the few companies that I can count on to take care of my clients when they have an issue.

Tech arrived on time, both for estimate and day of scheduled cleaning. All furniture was moved according to my request and carpets were expertly cleaned. I am definately calling again for my carpet cleaning and possibly furniture, too.

Ron and his crew were fantastic in drying out and cleaning up my recent basement flood. Extremely professional and constantly kept me in the loop with regard to damage and next steps. Ron didn’t pressure me into signing any paperwork I wasn’t comfortable with signing at the time. They were very hardworking, took few breaks and got the job done fast. It was a mess and the final result really took a load off of my mind. Evan was the serviceman who came to my home and he was fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable and always on time. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing and what was needed to complete service.

Mike explained what he was going to do and kept me informed of the progress. He called before coming out each time. He gave me an estimate for the max charge but said that was likely to change if we didn’t require four days. We only needed two days.

Employees were all very nice and efficient with their work (Mike and Evan). I felt we were in good hands during what could have been a stressful process.
